Management, they got rid of the problem. But nobody would listen to me when I worked there! HR and other managers did nothing!

Nice people, that always say hello each day

Cons

Mercy is to low in wages unless you are a nurse. Can make more at the local gas station. Only 6 paid holidays. Upper management gets better medical benefits from one policy and the rest of employees get another type of medical benefit policy. Also they have streamlined how many employee work in each department and puts real hardship on the few employees that do work in a department
