Great management within the critical care service line

Cons

A lot of "one size fits all" policies coming down from Trinity that don't promote a good work life balance or clash with already established workplace cultures for no reason, with no wiggle room or ability for negotiation, even by management or administration.

They have a lot of cool things to show those looking to get into a field of medicine offering IV training and chemo-therapy training.

Cons

Very little training was done and was rushed. The amount of money they cap at and the benefits are not enough for their employees but being in IA may be a part of the issue.
