Most coworkers are friendly and polite

Cons

Managment. HR (stays behind locked doors!) Misleading representation of benefits i.e matching retirement - look for the hidden policies on that - policies that say you have to do something that then trigger a policy that says if you do that, there will be a negative consequence (covid policy says you cannot come to work for 5 days, but that triggers the policy that says if you are not at work on your scheduled time you get absentee points and they will use your pto to cover it - you are allowed only 6 points in a year - year to date, not calendar year) You are not informed of any of this until after the fact. Favortism among the managers, and a total lack of communication.
