Pros

Some of the pros here at Mercyone are that you get to share your workday with some of the best people! The people here become your work family. The benefits are great! Our leaders really stand behind us and always support us. The diversity and inclusion here is also amazing!

Cons

The only downside of working here at Mercyone is parking. If you work at the Main Campus, you have to get here early to find parking.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: They seem to value employee well-being, promoting a healthy work-life balance to help staff manage their personal and professional lives! Another thing that I think is cool is that they offer opportunities for continuing education and career growth, ensuring you can advance your skills and knowledge! Alot of healthcare companies don't do that for the staff!

Cons

This constant change can sometimes feel overwhelming, as processes are frequently updated, requiring flexibility from the team. Overall, while change can be challenging, it also presents opportunities for growth and improvement!
