Nice and updated facility (East)

Cons

-admin and business directors do not care about the well being of their healthcare team -HIPAA does not exist -witnessed so many nurses/staff constantly on their phone while behind their computers when patients needed help -workplace culture is very clique-y

Lots of departments to work for and move around

Cons

My impression is that they are growing too fast like a popular restaurant and didn't hire enough people to handle the demand...or enough supplies, and management was not open to changing how we do things to improve
