I needed somewhere to start and this place was a great stepping stone to my future.

Cons

The culture can be bad at some points. And management is more interested in make money.

Pros

Nice people, that always say hello each day

Cons

Mercy is to low in wages unless you are a nurse. Can make more at the local gas station. Only 6 paid holidays. Upper management gets better medical benefits from one policy and the rest of employees get another type of medical benefit policy. Also they have streamlined how many employee work in each department and puts real hardship on the few employees that do work in a department
