Management is only there to serve the board and themselves. There is little to no support or care for the front line employees, and concerns often fall on deaf ears when raised. There are concerns regarding compensation practices, management quality, workplace atmosphere, and executive compensation. Specifically, employees have observed relatively low pay and a challenging work environment, while senior executives receive substantial salaries and bonus packages, despite assuring staff that they are sharing in company success at comparable levels. Employees are being asked to achieve more with fewer resources while feeling undercompensated. While the company frequently highlights its success and the efforts of its employees while meaningful recognition or rewards for individual contributions are lacking. The company acquired two other organizations during the employee review period, while longstanding employees were left without updates regarding their compensation for the upcoming year.
