Flexibility, good work life balance, pay is ok - but not outstanding. If you are making your numbers, everyone leaves you alone to do whatever you want.

Where to begin... Unintelligent management, claim to be transparent but have an us vs. them mentality. The direction of the company is haphazard. I don't think the CEO would have lasted anywhere else, he has zero experience outside of meridian and has been caught in lies - doesn't care.
work life balance is great. Company outings are great. ESOP (employee ownership stock sharing after 1 year).
