      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to make good money in a classic sales Business Development role. Work with a close group which is pretty fun Learn a lot about a couple of different kinds of industries

      Cons

      A bit of a hands off approach, not a lot of guidance when you first get here which makes you feel a little lost. Some of the sales reps don't do a great job of communicating effectively

      Pros

      The culture of this organization is fantastic fueled by a growth engine. Leadership gets it. The people get it. The average tenure is 14 years. Wow - let the people tell you what it's like to work for a company that respects its employees and provides growth opportunities and fair compensation.

      Cons

      This place is not for someone that needs to be told what to do and how to do it. Entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded and expected.

      Long Tenures and Caring People

      Pros

      Meridian Leasing has wonderful caring people who have been around for a long time. The retention rates are really good. The company is very stable and profitable and the pay and benefits are good. There are fun little celebrations for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. and a lot of camaraderie.

      Cons

      Not many at all - it's a little more of a traditional environment, especially in the sense that not a lot of people work from home, but management is very flexible about schedule flexing and working remotely if needed.
