      Great people to work with. Salary and benefits are fair.

      There really wasn't an opportunity to move up or take on more responsibilities. If you're good at your job, they'll keep you there.

      Flexible on work at home policy Good benefits Nice people to work with Bonus paid twice a year once you qualify

      Cons

      No on-boarding practices The company is very decentralized and does not work well together Will downsize without notice or compensation

      Pros

      Love the job I do and people I work with well most of them

      Cons

      Never give raises, does not appreciate hard work,benefits cost to much to have. Only work here if you never want to move up and never want to leave the base pay as you'll never get raises

Additionally, managers are encouraged to provide regular feedback about performance throughout the year.
