      Loyalty is king

      Pros

      Meridian is company that values loyalty and will continue to reward it's employees. A lot of employees have been at the company for over 10 years and that can only be a good sign

      Cons

      Meridian continue to innovate and is always will help employees reach career goals.

      Pros

      Fast paced. Friendly staff. Plenty of learning opportunities. Every day is different. Forward thinking.

      Cons

      Some processes are more complicated than they need to be. Workload can be very uneven between co-workers due to laziness.
