      nice coworkers hard working most have been there for a long time.that is what most who left miss is there coworkers

      Cons

      short on staff to save money management change alot replaced by new ones who do not a cloo what is going on

      Thank you for posting a review for Meridian Group on glassdoor. It's nice to receive feedback, especially from one of our employees in California! We are currently hiring quite a few positions at Meridian IT to prevent us from being short staffed. One thing we value is work/life balance and we don't want our employees to feel unsupported or overworked when it comes to the growing business. Hopefully we can fill those positions soon! We are aware that management changes sometimes, but we think it's because we offer flexibility for good employees to grow their careers, plus we have to adapt our hierarchy to accommodate business and strategy changes. Thanks again for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoy your coworkers!

      Pros

      Can not think of one. Let go of good loyal and hard working people.

      Cons

      Just a number and has no loyalty to their staff, OS management stripped the company bare, being run without future planning.

      Wow a ship without a rudder!!!

      Pros

      Pay and bennies are quite good. Flexible with time off and some great coworkers.

      Cons

      Top management are very close mouthed on any changes and don't accept input from employees who are impacted. Get on the wrong side of a few folks, and you are targeted until they can fire you. Favorites get promoted whether they deserve it or not. Employees who work hard are largely ignored and raises are give on the basis of how much the CEO likes you.

We're sorry to hear that while working at Meridian Group, it felt like some employees were targeted and others were favorites. Each year, managers conduct performance reviews for their team members and pay raises and bonuses (if applicable) are based on the performance reviews and the company's performance as a whole. We thank you for your advice too, we want our employees to feel important and that we are listening.
