      Pros

      Boss's are accommodating to personal matters and are flexible with work schedule. Employees are treated generously and with respect. Serious environment however casual conversations are never frowned upon.

      Cons

      Private company so some employees speak out about unprofessional topics without consideration of offending others. HR doesn't seem to care and never does anything about this. Also multiple international related companies so communication can get lost or unheard.

      Thank you for writing a review for us on Glassdoor. We appreciate your constructive feedback! HR has been working with employees on keeping unprofessional/offensive topics out of the office. We definitely do not want to lose a valuable employee because action was not taken. The communication issue between the international companies does get difficult at times, but with the implementation of Salesforce Chatter, we are hoping to improve. Thanks again for your comments!

      Pros

      Good Company. People are nice, management is good, and pay is fare.

      Cons

      With three different companies being put together and across the country, communication can be difficult to do effectively.

We agree, the merger/combination of the three US companies into two was quite a transition, but we hope that the addition of our Salesforce Chatter group has helped with communication, as well as the regular meetings and communications that have gone out to answer questions. Now that the merger is complete, we are an even stronger Meridian Group! Thanks again for your comments.
