Pros

Great people to work with. Most clients are wonderful and great to work with.

Cons

High travel, more than 50+ hours a week and very high case load. Difficult to keep up with the daily requests that come in as well as working on case load and driving to meet clients and do it under 40 hours a week. 60-70 hours a week is necessary to keep up with work and client needs as well as the county office requests.
