Great pay, not great otherwise

Pros

The boss I reported to was wonderful and it had great pay. Great coworkers

Cons

The upper management didn't support the lower workers at all or take suggestions into account, treating most workers like warm bodies. Some upper management were known to 'have it out for employees' and get them fired or re-assigned

The mission of the company is person centered. Case workers are very dedicated to thier clients.

Cons

Absolutely no support from upper management. If you want to pretend everything is great with a big smile on your face, this is the job for you.

Good pay Plenty of time for overtime Good benefits

Cons

Can be cliquey depending on houses Some people don’t care about the clients, do little to no work. Needs more employees who truly care. Management can be a mess depending on where you go, high ups like program directors are typically more put together and happy to help.
