Pros

The individuals served that you get to work with. That's about it though. There really isn't anything else great about this company.

Cons

The management. No support. They really like to sweep things under the rug. Will through any employee under the bus if needed.

Pros

-You can work from home 2 days a week after 6 months of employment. -Dogs are allowed, but only in your cube.

Cons

-Extremely overworked with low pay. -Constantly having to reach out for help, but is never provided. -not getting paid for mandatory meetings that make you end up needing to work overtime (that is not paid) to meet your units that day. -zero support from supervisors and leads. -consistently working overtime to hit units. -supervisors and leads conversing not about work during the work day, when there is no support for case managers. -very cliquey and toxic work environment. -promotions based off of favorites versus skill/hard work. -burnout is extremely high due to overloading case manager case loads. Turnover is very high due to this as well. -absolutely no gratitude or appreciation for case managers. - only 2 weeks of PTO

Popularity contest/favors males

Pros

A paycheck. The weekends when I wasn't in the office.

Cons

I was employed as a case manager for a little over 2 and half years. The training was terrible and the environment is a popularity contest. This company dotes on males as well as those who are friends with management. Supervisors will write you up and pick at you simply because they don't like you as a person. The Case management administration and HR turn a blind eye to this. If you are male you will get promoted regardless of your job performance. Don't be fooled by the Facebook posts. If you are not liked as a person you will be treated like crap and you can forget about advancement

We appreciate your feedback working within our case management department. Our training director does work hard on developing and implementing training for new case managers as well as ongoing training CEUs for the Case Managers. We do value your input regarding working within in the team and will be sharing this with the department supervisor.
