-not getting paid for mandatory meetings that make you end up needing to work overtime (that is not paid) to meet your units that day.
-zero support from supervisors and leads.
-consistently working overtime to hit units.
-supervisors and leads conversing not about work during the work day, when there is no support for case managers.
-very cliquey and toxic work environment.
-promotions based off of favorites versus skill/hard work.
-burnout is extremely high due to overloading case manager case loads. Turnover is very high due to this as well.
-absolutely no gratitude or appreciation for case managers.
