      Pros

      I've never worked in a place like MeridianLink before...this company is amazing. I feel valued, I feel like my voice is heard and my opinions matter, I feel more creative here, and I feel happy. I truly enjoy coming to work each day! The staff has been very supportive and friendly and everyone just wants you to succeed. I love being able to schedule my day around my needs as well.

      Cons

      I wish a little more vacation time was offered. As an employee you are allotted 2 weeks per year until you reach your 5 year anniversary where that increases to 3 weeks. Industries that I have previously worked in have always provided more vacation time than this. In addition, I wish Christmas Eve was a given holiday off...presently if you want Christmas Eve off you have to use one of your floating holidays (you are provided 2 floating holidays per year).

      Pros

      Remote work from home provides flexibility. Opportunity to learn and stay current with market.

      Cons

      No real sense of leadership. No real sense of unity. No processes and procedures clearly defined. No change management enforced. Revolving door of employees and especially people in leadership positions. Blame culture.
