Pros

There's probably some pros to ML but I honestly can't think of any right now.

Cons

Towards the end of my time at ML they laid off half our team and then totally overworked those of that remained. After months of us trying to work with management to improve the situation and them not helping in any significant way, most of the remaining team left the company.
