      Pros

      Amazing work-life balance. CEO who truly cares and knows you by name. Management is in your corner. You are part of a team who works together to make sure that everyone is successful. Minimal drama

      Cons

      Health care is a little rough if you're outside of California

      Pros

      No micro management. Great perks and benefits. Great location that is easy to get to. Work is challenging and fun. Great co-workers. Always working towards the future in a rapid changing business and environment.

      Cons

      The are none that I can think of.
