      I have worked in software for 15+ years and in B2B SaaS for 10+ years. In that time I have never worked somewhere where the leadership is as genuinely concerned for you, your family and your overall happiness as I have here at MeridianLink. It has all the benefits of working for a publicly traded industry-leader, with the feel of a start-up where everyone is working together towards a single goal

      No real cons to speak of. At times a fully remote role does leave you on an island craving more interaction, but otherwise, incredible culture
