      Pros

      Loved working when the teams were aligned but unfortunately that does not happen often. Pay was better than average and there was never a shortage of new things to learn.

      Cons

      Was disappointed on management and number of layoffs. Over the last two years we have lost most of our senior executives in turnover. The new ones hired have little to no industry experience in the Credit Union or FinTech industry.
