Recently hired senior executives have brough along a toxic culture to the company. It is not longer about longevity and family, it is about the stock price and the private equity owner. Too many layoffs within the last two years. Most of those that were let go were long-time employees. Many employees had been there 10-20 years who were let go. The company culture and leadership have drastically decreased over the last 5 years. It is all lip-service now.

Stressful, fast-paced, company changes structure often
