I also appreciate the remote work flexibility and the strong encouragement to prioritize personal well-being, recognizing that taking care of yourself enables you to perform at your best.

      Things can be a bit bureaucratic when it comes to launching projects or bringing ideas to life — but that’s to be expected in a large organization.

In that time I have never worked somewhere where the leadership is as genuinely concerned for you, your family and your overall happiness as I have here at MeridianLink. It has all the benefits of working for a publicly traded industry-leader, with the feel of a start-up where everyone is working together towards a single goal

      No real cons to speak of. At times a fully remote role does leave you on an island craving more interaction, but otherwise, incredible culture
