      -Horrendous management(lab supervisors) -Neglect from HR - Be prepared to be overworked at times - Severely understaffed -Old instruments that were considered obsolete in 2010 - No ladder to climb, be prepared to work the bench for 20 years. -Toxic culture of shaking off blame and trying to find people guilty instead of fixing problems
