Absolutely the worse company I have ever worked for

Pros

-The benefits are average. - Coworker are very friendly. - Vacation is average. - Management is flexible with your schedule.

Cons

-Production (Malvern) is moving to Mexico. -Very low pay. -Horrible 401K. - No room for advancements. -Will go years with out a raise. -No structure and a very unorganized management with poor communication skills.

On site food court, clean bathrooms, some fellow employees, having a locker, covered parking.

Cons

Hours! Mandatory overtime, pay is lousy, managers for production are horrible.

Not much! Company doesn't respect employees. Unless you are upper management!

Cons

Mandatory overtime, most of it same day! The pay is vey very pathetic! The benefits are awful, the time off is a joke. Every problem that is brought up to management gets swept under the rug! They force people to work unrealistic hours. Bottom line work for a company that respects ALL employees equally!!
