When I was with the company there was a good work-life balance and I was able to make friends that I believe I will be in contact with for my entire life. Although the majority of products are considered "commodity" products, they are very solid and the job is altruistic; you get to be involved in helping patients achieve better health. Fred Lampropoulous really cares about his employees and has done a fantastic job of giving people in the home office every opportunity to get healthcare, dental care, etc. He was essentially the only CEO that any of the sales reps had ever heard of who would encourage and participate in phone calls from reps! It was very cool However, in January of 2016, there were changes and Fred became less involved.
