sales meetings in nice places with no time to explore. Very early starts! Great if you are an early riser and late bedder. Lots of money is spent on the years best achievers, which will encourage you to win one of the top yearly spots for a weeks working vacation together with top management . OBS! and you can bring your family. Products have good quality. Product managers are really good and work hard for you. Brilliant website and very useful.

Internal competitiveness make people secretive and restricts knowledge sharing. No wage rise only fluctuating bonus system. Long working hours. you are constantly monitored. Pension schemes and insurance schemes are not declared in advanced All travel needs approval of manager. Lots of reporting and control. Nobody to talk to if you have a concern. People are constantly frightened of losing their job ( senior management included) and wondering who is next to go. If you are sacked you are asked to leave on the day with only 1 months salary. In one year i witnessed 15 people lose their job and this is only the ones i knew about.
