The compensation is really good for most job titles.

Cons

Upper management in MIS created a very toxic environment. One person in particular demeans, disrespects, and humiliates personnel under him in front of the entire team on a regular basis. This person should have never been promoted to his current position and should have been removed long ago.

Great days off. Thanksgiving Thursday + Friday always off and Dec 24th-26th off with days between new years optional to take unpaid, PTO, or work. Most Fridays before a holiday are a “fade day” ending at 1:00 or 3:00.

Cons

In an era of transition with upper management retiring and new management coming in. This is not always a bad thing, but does disrupt the status quo.
