      Pros

      Energy efficient product with good training at corporate level

      Cons

      The Nashville Market is a mess and promises made at hiring are not true! Employees are humiliated if they suggest changes, request more training or incite hair trigger temper of sales management. Training is haphazard to non existent in Nashville.

      Pros

      The Orlando team is one of the most cohesive I have had the pleasure to be apart of in my career. The collegial environment empowers individual decision making without the "gotcha" when your decisions were misguided. You are coached through the processes and not scolded or belittled. The company's attention to training is unrivaled in the industry.

      Cons

      It's a good problem to have but we work hard. If you are looking for a country club environment, this isn't the place for you. We work hard and play hard.
