      Pros

      The Orlando Division has a great culture while providing a nice work/life balance. They truly care about you! The Division believes in celebrating the successes and does a great job of rewarding and recognizing hard work.

      Cons

      Just the normal year end stress.

      Pros

      Local and executive teams have been together for a long while, fully aligned and highly supportive culture. The culture in Orlando is special, everyone supports one another and strives to excel and win. The majority of the team has been promoted from within which amplified the company’s commitment to professional growth and loyalty to its people. The company’s “Core Values” mean something deeper than words and the organization from top to bottom is committed to walking the talk.

      Cons

      We can all improve and sharpen our skill set, the biggest item to improve upon locally is more intense focus on improving overall buyer experience to elite standard.
