      Pros

      Nothing! Please, when I say run, I MEAN RUN!!! No matter who you are or what stage in your career you are in, you are better than this.

      Cons

      The micro-management is debilitating. The requirements are NOT sustainable and any amount of bonus they promise you, will never happen. They promise trips an bonus' but they never happen. Do not let them fool you, they do not give a crap about the home-buyers. The CEO is degrading and the entire call center serve as a 24 hour bully service.
