      Great company to work for! A lot of opportunities to advance within the company. They respect their employees and always willing to invest in their employees by providing the proper tools and training.

      This company cares about their employees and homeowners

      Pros

      Meritage Homes sets the standard for energy-efficient homes. They care about how the home will live for years to come (not just the sale and closing). They also care about their employees happiness and encourage/reward to keep us motivated.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. I worked for another homebuilder for several years prior to working for this company and am happy to say that everything I had wished for is reality here.

      Working at Meritage Homes (3 Months)

      Pros

      The company has sent me to training and has taken care of all my needs. I feel included as a team member. My immediate supervisor, has treated me with respect and dignity. I feel my opinion counts and the work environment is extremely positive.

      Cons

      The insurance coverage is not the best, Just OK. It is a very busy environment.
