Pros

Nice/ Clean Facility overlooking the Merrimack River. Competitive salary and benefits package. Food and snacks were brought in often. Pool and ping pong table was fun. Woman in Engineering program was nice.

Cons

Poor, indecisive, and contradictory management. No clear vision. Company culture seems to avoid work rather than productively get things done. Incompletion rate of projects and tasks is very high. Strange dynamic between US and French teams, always favoring the French. Mechanical engineers play second fiddle to electrical engineers.
