Loved my job, loved the people I worked with.

Cons

No communication, Especially between departments. As a company everyone should work together to make the company productive and sound and keep our drivers happy, because we would not have jobs without them. No communication between terminals. Departments want to blame other departments for their mistakes.

Great dedicated employees, Royal Jones is a great innovator, but relies on great butt kissers to lead his company.

Cons

no consistent managers, poor decisions, New COO came in and got rid of great leadership seems that they are threatened or think that it's expensive to keep or hire professionals, wait until they see how much they are going to lose by promoting and hiring amateurs.
