      Small company, Started out good yet after have time there dispatch became just out right not knowing what are if there would be freight , Then became to the point that they were dispatch didn’t have freight to pickup, dispatch was very help at first

      Cons

      It became a hard for anything to get done, and couldn’t talk to anyone from time to time also trailers were had things that were wrong and we trying to get them fix are calling fleet manager very are to get in contact, also they should have a base here that way they can know what is going on with their own trailers instead of making there so much work on there drivers

      They have great mentors that are always there to answer any questions / concerns. Great benefits and awesome team members! Overall a challenging experience where you are given the opportunity to flourish new skills

      Cons

      Although I enjoy a challenge, sometimes looking for a candidate that meets MVT standards does get overwhelming, but I completely understand that with great success comes high standards!
