Disorganized!

Pros

I didn't really see any pros. At all. Maybe the decent looking women at the orientation. That's about it. Nothing else.

Cons

These people were disorganized, lost my paperwork in orientation several times. Their people are rude as they come, and they blow smoke up your butt about home time.

Relay Truck Driver

Pros

Good Equipment "Slow Trucks"/ Home Everyday for Relay Drivers.

Cons

When I was Hired on the original program we where to be paid $175 a day before tax, as long as we where scheduled to work M-F for example we would get paid for those days if they didn't have any loads to big springs Texas or Tucson Arizona that's the locations we ran for our relay. Then they changed their minds and said no now you have to come to work and do local work for $11.50 an hour only. And Then around July of 2015 they started to not pay us if no relay runs at all and cut the pay to just a flat $11.50 an hour so no more Guaranteed pay. Needless to say they lost most of there drivers on relay.
