I love that there are always loads to keep me moving. Weekends can be rough at times but if your planned through it, there's no shortage in miles

Cons

Sometimes communication can be an issue. But as with any job you gotta make the effort to achieve goals in the field. Ignorance won't save you forever.

Company has clear processes that helps everyone do their jobs with ease. Good pay and benefits! Great owners and senior management. Owners have the knowledge needed to run a trucking company and treat everyone with respect!!! I was happy to go to work every day!!

Cons

Too many inexperienced managers. Lack of communication between departments, but that is due the inexperience of its managers!
