      Good pay, and they have some good people there. You can go up the ladder. It is a good company.

      Cons

      Bad management and the HR dept. Aren't there for the employees, only for management , so if you complain about your supervisor, they won't help you, they'll fire you, instead of doing something with management.

      Great dedicated employees, Royal Jones is a great innovator, but relies on great butt kissers to lead his company.

      Cons

      no consistent managers, poor decisions, New COO came in and got rid of great leadership seems that they are threatened or think that it's expensive to keep or hire professionals, wait until they see how much they are going to lose by promoting and hiring amateurs.
