Coworkers are the best thing about this place

Cons

Pretty much every thing about this place screams no! Management is Incapable of taking responsibility for their actions. They will find a way to blame you for their mistakes. A lot of macro management. You could be doing the best work in there and they will always find something wrong to say. Supervisors have no training and refuse to train employees. They will throw you under the bus just to make themselves look good in front of upper management.

I can’t think of a single one other than the fact some departments get overtime.

Cons

Awful management. No incentives on how to rise up in the your department. Hard work is not rewarded and HR has absolutely no idea what is going on within the company.
