Nice people working in the group I’m in

Cons

Owner does not care about making the job easier for his employees. Owner only cares about himself and what he buy next to keep his ego happy. If you ask for any supplies or bring up anything that will make the job easier it has to be approved by the owner and who knows when he’ll answer because majority of time he’s on vacation. Some of the other people here are kind of cliquey.
