Pros

Great minds, some great people. Good technology and ideas. Good location

Cons

CEO stands in the way of progress. It's his company so he will do everything his way, regardless of mgt input. CEO has directors create department budgets but it doesn't matter because he needs to sign off on every cent. (When he feels like it and if it suits his fancy, priority is meaningless) this then causes additional company cost due to action tardiness. CEO is cheap in general unless he wants something for himself, like an entire golf course, then money is no object.

Pros

Some nice people but that doesn't justify taking the job. Minimum wage at a fast food restaurant will give you more growth and job satisfaction.

Cons

Several very senior people who have been with the company since it was founded recently left because they realized it's broken and the CEO refuses to make any changes. That is the biggest warning you can get to stay away from this place. CEO simply ignores all problems and continues to waste company resources on his personal projects. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk away, far away.

I love my job and the people that work here. Since the day i started ive been made to feel that am not just a resource but a human being. The environment was lacking when i began and management has continually made improvements. Its wonderful to be at a company as it is blossoming.

Cons

the decor of the building is dreary. the monotonous grey could really use some livening up.
