Pros

If you are willing to take on responsibility above your pay grade, you can build a great skill set in a short amount of time. There is also job security.

Cons

It was hard to share in the vision of the company despite the great technology. I always felt that I was working to buy the company owner another toy instead of contributing to the advancement of scientific research or healthcare.

Pros

Incredible product and mid level management works very hard...too hard, actually. Good location and the pay is adequate for the area.

Cons

With owners that do not trust employees it's a miracle this company is still afloat. As a newer employee I was surprised that the owner(s) take a micromanagement approach to everything that goes on in the office, but they don't take the time to introduce themselves to new employees. I've worked at this company for almost 3 months and honestly, I don't see myself here too much longer.

Pros

Coworkers (non managers) are pretty great and welcoming. .... There really are not any other positives unless you count your paycheck.

Cons

The owners are paranoid beyond belief, yet they have half of the employees doing personal errands for them. Upper management is very rude too.
