-Lots of experience in a developing company -Company has a lot of room for advancement and change between departments -People are hard working and for the most part respectful

Cons

-Pay is bottom of the barrel: only real way to make a competitive wage is leave, establish a higher wage at another company, and come back asking for more -Benefits are not good -Overworked much of the time
