Competitive salary with great teaching experiences and they were able to provide plenty of opportunities for staff development. the previous employers of mine were extremely helpful and positive.

Cons

The overwhelming and ever-changing rules and procedures.The paperwork became increasingly overwhelming each year. there wasn't enough time for hands-on learning to new computer changes applications
