      Pros

      School Districts are not going away anytime soon. This district spends money relatively wisely compared to most in the area. Even in 2009, and 2010 we didn't actually lay off anyone.

      Cons

      Some of the IT decisions are not the best. Some management have no idea about computers. People in charge of the network were secretaries before this position.
