The team currently there is awesome. People from all over the world work there, which enhances the working experience. It's a great environment with great people to work with

Cons

Many of the employees at Messer are older, which can sometimes make it challenging to implement changes.

Very fair compensation package and low barrier to entry

Cons

Almost all of the roles could be done fully remote but 3 days in office was mandatory. Very little face to face collaboration even though it was required to be in office. Not the best culture.

Great Pay and great colleague to work with but bad health benefit

Pros

The pay is decent compare to there competition. The manager seems to care about the employees.

Cons

Not so good health benefit for the physical strains the job put on. Also some management are not so good at keeping their posture during conflict, Can be pretty aggressive with staffs at times with loud voice.
