      Pros

      Great people to work for who genuinely care about their employees. They offer generous benefits, and understand what a true work/life should be. I could work hard while there, and leave to go home to my family and not worry or stress about work.

      Nothing negative to say from my experience working there.

      Plymouth Collections Division - Serious lack of ethics, very disorganized

      Pros

      Generous PTO accrual after several years. Generous employer HSA contributions.

      Cons

      This place lacks any sort of ethics. It’s amazing how disorganized they are and how amazingly ineffective and broken communication is around there from the top down - VERY FRUSTRATING! Individuals who worked there for over a decade with a great attendance record and positive annual reviews have been promptly dismissed without warning or write ups. Beware if you live a significant distance from work and call in on a 12” snow day, it WILL be held against you as there is ZERO regard for employee safety, and fellow employees are allowed to ridicule and criticize individuals on social media for their decisions without consequence.

      Good entry level position. Pretty good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      Did not feel like a valued employee, did not feel I was being compensated at even close to fair market value, productivity & quality of work did not seem to matter much from person to person- working hard didn't help anyone "get ahead"
