Pros

Good place to collect, takes some time to get a base built up but once you have that it is easier to make a decent living. Easier than working for a collection agency because of suit process. More fair than a collection agency.

Cons

Lowered fee rates, fewer files per person with same goals. Was a fair and balanced place for files but not as much anymore. Need to get lucky now with the economy as bad as it is. Files are pretty spread out now unlike in the past.
