Pros

Great work environment and friendly staff. Can work your way up the ladder after 6 months of employment or less depending on needs of certain departments. Rewarded for your work. Company is involved with many activities.

Cons

I thought some of the expectations where a bit too high. Not enough overtime and when there was overtime, you were not paid for it, but you could leave early the next day or any other day that week. Some of the training provided was not very clear.

Pros

Good place to collect, takes some time to get a base built up but once you have that it is easier to make a decent living. Easier than working for a collection agency because of suit process. More fair than a collection agency.

Cons

Lowered fee rates, fewer files per person with same goals. Was a fair and balanced place for files but not as much anymore. Need to get lucky now with the economy as bad as it is. Files are pretty spread out now unlike in the past.
