Good entry level position. Pretty good benefits, generous PTO

Cons

Did not feel like a valued employee, did not feel I was being compensated at even close to fair market value, productivity & quality of work did not seem to matter much from person to person- working hard didn't help anyone "get ahead"

Great supervisor and coworkers made for a very strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. It almost made it easy to go to work every day and not feel stressed about other things.

Cons

Extremely low pay for amount of work/responsibility and expensive benefits for a full family combined to make the reward for working at the company very low; it was difficult to move to a position that compensated workers according to their worth.
